Zusammenfassung
Die 2006 erstmals veröffentlichten Mindeststandards für die Erstellung von Prognosegutachten haben insofern Meilensteine gesetzt, als sie vorherige Entwicklungen präzisiert haben, als sie auch Vieles vorweggenommen haben, was mittlerweile gesetzlich geregelt ist. Die Notwendigkeit einer Überarbeitung wird zwischenzeitlich diskutiert, allerdings wäre dies aus Sicht einer Massregelvollzugsleiterin nur bezogen auf bestimmte Problembereiche sinnvoll.

The significance of minimum standards for prognosis reports from the perspective of a hospital treatment order enforcement officer
Abstract
The minimum standards for the compilation of prognosis reports, which were first published in 2006, have set milestones insofar as they explained previous developments and anticipated much of what has been regulated by law in the meantime. The necessity of a revision is now under discussion, although this would only be useful in relation to specific problem areas from the perspective of a hospital treatment order enforcement officer.
