Zusammenfassung
Die Beurteilung der Patellaluxation in der Begutachtung stellt einen Abwägungsprozess möglicher dispositioneller Faktoren gegenüber einem geeigneten Ereignisablauf dar. Dabei ist der Ereignisablauf geprägt von biomechanischen Ideen zur Verursachung der Patellaluxation und der subjektiven, gutachterlichen Einschätzung zur Geeignetheit.
Der Aufarbeitung dispositioneller Faktoren aus 1209 Patellaluxationen werden Daten unverletzter Patienten gegenübergestellt. Diskutiert werden die Bewertung dispositioneller Faktoren zur Patellaluxation, mögliche geeignete Ereignisabläufe zur Entstehung einer Patellaluxation, die Einschätzung von Spontanreposition und manueller Reposition der Patella sowie die Beurteilung stattgehabter operativer Maßnahmen als Wiederherstellung der Patellastabilität. Der Weg zur unumstrittenen Entscheidung bezüglich einer anlagebedingten versus traumatischen Patellaluxation gelingt hingegen nicht.

Patellar luxation UPDATE 2.0
Abstract
The expert evaluation of patellar luxation is a process of weighing up possible dispositional factors against an appropriate sequence of events. The sequence of events is informed by biomechanical concepts on the cause of patellar luxation, as well as the subjective expert opinion on the appropriateness.
The appraisal of dispositional factors from 1209 cases of patellar luxation is compared with data from uninjured patients. The discussion covers the assessment of dispositional factors in relation to patellar luxation, possible sequences of events relevant to the occurrence of patellar luxation, the evaluation of spontaneous repositioning and manual repositioning of the patella, and the appraisal of prior operating procedures to restore patellar stability. However, it is not possible to arrive at an undisputed decision in relation to congenital versus traumatic patellar luxation.
